Service Technician.

Tests are given on the 2nd
and 3rd
THURSDAY of each month at 1:00 p.m.
at the Sheet Metal Workers
Training Center. Please arrive early, doors open
at 12:45.·
TEST SCHEDULE: 5/15/08, 6/12/08, 6/19/08, 7/10/08,
7/17/08, 8/14/08, 8/21/08, 9/11/08, 9/18/08

We allow four hours for the
test, which includes completing the required application,
and orientation.
·
You must score 70% or better to qualify. (Need
help? ~Attend our
FREE preparatory course!)·
If you score
at least 50% but below 70%, you may retake the
test at the next scheduled test date.
·
If you score below 50%,
you will have to wait six (6) months before you will be
eligible to retake the test.
·
Your name will be placed on
our
Pass
or Fail list in the order you finish your test.
·
All qualified applicants
are
required
to contact the Sheet Metal Workers Training Center at least
every
six months in order to maintain their place on the
list.
·
All applicants who have
successfully passed the test and meet all other requirements
will be able to seek employment. A list of sponsoring
shops will be available for all qualified applicants.
·
All applicants start
out as a
pre-apprentice, and will not attend any apprentice
classes until your employer can sponsor you and the
Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) indentures
(accepts) you into the
Apprenticeship Program
