First-Year Apprentices Build a Strong Foundation with OSHA 30 Training

Our first-year Sheet Metal, Service, and Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) apprentices are completing OSHA 30 training—an important step in developing safe, skilled, and productive industry professionals.

Throughout the training, apprentices learn how to recognize workplace hazards, follow essential safety practices, and help maintain safe and efficient jobsites. Introducing these principles during the first year reinforces our program’s commitment to safety, responsibility, and professional excellence.

By combining comprehensive safety education with hands-on technical training, our apprenticeship program prepares students to enter the workforce with the knowledge, confidence, and jobsite awareness needed to succeed in today’s construction industry.
